Commercial real estate: Multi – Brussels

In the category ‘commercial’, the Multi Tower in Brussels took the top prize. Near the Brouckèreplein, a dilapidated building has been completely refurbished into a state-of-the-art office complex. The former ‘black box of Brussels’ is transformed into a transparent, inviting complex shaped like an H. The building has a maximum of 18 floors, can accommodate 2.000 employees and is completely carbon neutral. Major players such as Bpost and Total Energies have moved in. The complete redevelopment sprang from the brains of the Antwerp architectural firm CONIX RDBM Architects and project developers Whitewood and Immobel.
