eXp Realty showed that everything can be done completely differently, by collaborating in a virtual world in order to disconnect the financial stability of the company from real estate.
Being aware that the costs of a brick-and-mortar location is only a fraction of the total cost of employing staff has led us to centre our focus on work processes and collaboration.
With the current global health developments and the resulting far-reaching measures, we are experiencing just how important it is to be adaptable in our ways of working and collaborating. What used to look impossible is now a reality.
